Financial Aid
Application Requirements
  1. Complete and mail Parents' Financial Statement (PFS).

The Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) is used by many independent schools as the official application for financial aid. It is provided by School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), and PFS forms are available from the Financial Aid Coordinator. The PFS should be completed and mailed to SSS in Pittsburg, PA. There is a fee that you must include with your PFS.

For parents who are separated or divorced, each natural parent and custodial stepparent must complete and mail a Parent Financial Statement to the School and Student Service.

Questions concerning the process of completing the form may be directed to School and Student Service at (866)387-2601. Please fill in each blank on the financial statement, even if the answer is "0", so no places are left blank. Then the SSS knows each question was considered, and processing will not be delayed.
  2. Send copy of Tax Return with all schedules and W-2 forms by April 15 to:

Financial Aid Coordinator, Hill School of Fort Worth, 4817 Odessa Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76133.

Each natural parent and custodial stepparent must send a signed copy of the current IRS Form 1040 plus all accompanying schedules and W-2 forms to the Financial Aid Coordinator by April 15 each year. If applicable, all corporate and partnership/sole proprietorship forms must be included. Tax returns and W-2's will not be returned. Please send copies.
Hill School of Fort Worth, Inc. admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship program, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
