Hill School takes holiday performance to hospital

Students from Hill School, a private school with campuses in Fort Wort and Grapevine, recently took their show on the road. And in this case, that show was a "December in Our Town" and the road led to a Monday performance at Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth.

Teachers are the vital link to technology in the classroom

Use of technology in the education field is constantly evolving as we strive to keep up with the way our students live and work outside the classroom. The average young person spends more time connected to technology than in any other activity. They are "digital natives" who do not see technology as something extra.

Grapevine school cooks an after-school success

Katelyn Hawkins, a fourth grader at Hill School Grapevine, couldn't wait for school to let out so she could hurry over to a special after-school class catered just for her.

She's one of several young apprentice chefs from the nonprofit school for children who learn differently that are satisfying their hunger for the culinary arts. The one-of-a-kind after-school program mixes lessons on cooking healthy foods with fun.
