Hill School Hosts 'Hit a Homerun with Hill' At the Ballpark in Arlington
School for those with learning disabilities hopes to raise funds at largest annual event to date
What—Hill School, a full-service school for students with learning differences, will hold its annual dinner and auction at the Diamond Club at the Ballpark in Arlington at 6:30 p.m. Friday, March 27. "Hit a Homerun with Hill" is anticipated to be the largest auction that Hill School has hosted to date. Hill School is seeking auction items and interested supporters.
Why—For 35 years, Hill School has served students in Tarrant County who need a more individualized learning environment. With the addition of the Grapevine campus last year, the number of students Hill School serves has risen to 300. More resources and upgrades are necessary to meet the demand for specialized education.
Hill School is reaching out to the community to help raise $55,000 through its silent and live auctions to support infrastructure updates and to continue providing the personal educational environments its students need to achieve academic success. Hill School is the only full-service grade 1-12 school in Fort Worth and Grapevine that focuses exclusively on the needs of students with learning disabilities.
