Kathy Edwards, principal of Hill School Grapevine, knows how to cook up some after-school fun. She invited Chef Andrew Huszar, who owns Tastefully Yours Catering just down the street from the Grapevine campus, to teach Hill School students how to have fun preparing food that is wholesome and delicious. The result: a unique – and tasty – after-school program that sizzles with fun.

Hill School is a non-profit private school for students who learn differently. More than 20 students participate in "After School Cooking and Culinary Arts for Kids," presented by Chef Andrew.

Tastefully Yours is a full-service catering company headquartered in Grapevine, Texas, offering menus customized for each individual event or need. Offering private dining and private cooking classes, Tastefully Yours operates out of a renovated 1925 farmhouse, called the Blue House, at 829 S. Dooley in downtown Grapevine. The company caters lunch to the school every day.

The after-school program fosters a positive learning environment at Hill School as students are gaining confidence in themselves by taking on new challenges. In addition, the program reinforces the partnership between the school and the business community in Grapevine.
