The Annual Giving Fund

The Annual Giving Fund represents the shared commitment of Hill School families, faculty, and friends to help bring the Hill School experience each year to students who need our skills and understanding. The Annual Giving Fund generally provides operating funds for the current year and supports student scholarships, teacher training, special events, and extras for the classroom. The Annual Giving Fund, for example, recently enabled the school to invest in classroom technology, including several SMART Boards™. Funds raised through The Annual Giving Fund also make it easier for Hill School to maintain small class size, which is central to our mission. Please remember that no gift is too small.

Major Gifts

Major gifts are the financial backbone of a successful advancement effort. Unrestricted gifts provide Hill School with the flexibility to address the school's most pressing demands as they change over time, but donors also have the option of restricting their gifts to particular needs in which they have a special interest. Major Gifts are often coordinated with Hill School's strategic plan and can offer naming opportunities to the donors. Recent major gifts provided funds for library enhancements at the Grapevine Campus and wireless technology for the Fort Worth Campus.

Planned Giving

Planned giving allows you to support Hill School in the future while not affecting your finances today, and enables you to help sustain the promise of a Hill School education for many years to come. There are several ways that you can contribute, including through trusts and bequests. The Development Office would be happy to discuss planned giving with you if you decide that this approach is one that you might like to pursue.

The Endowment Fund

The Endowment Fund consists of a permanent body of funds that generates income for the school to use from year to year while leaving the corpus generally intact. Although gifts that are restricted to the Endowment Fund do not support current operations, they are integral to the school's overall financial heath and support its long-term security.

There are many easy Ways to Give to Hill School. You can:

  • Mail us a check; OR

  • Call the Fort Worth school office at (817) 923-9482 and make a donation with your credit card; OR
  • Stop by the Development Office at school and drop off your donation; AND
  • If this option is available to you, increase your donation with a matching gift from an employer-sponsored program at your office.
