Dr. Laura Casper-Teague
Dr. Laura Casper-Teague came to Hill School in 2025 as our Head of School. With more than 23 years of experience in education, Dr. Casper-Teague is a passionate advocate for student success, inclusive practices, and the power of a connected school community. Her leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to meeting the individual needs of all learners and fostering environments where every student can thrive. Known for her collaborative approach and forward-thinking vision, Dr. Casper-Teague brings both warmth and expertise to her role at Hill School.
