The Board of Trustees of Hill School of Fort Worth is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr. Laura Casper-Teague as the new Head of School, effective July 7, 2025.
Dr. Casper-Teague brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to educational excellence, aligning perfectly with Hill School’s mission and vision. We are confident that under her leadership, Hill School will continue to thrive in cultivating academic excellence, personal growth, and strong community connections.
With 22 years of experience in teaching and school administration, Dr. Casper-Teague brings a depth of leadership, expertise in literacy, and strong organizational skills to complement our seasoned faculty and staff. Throughout her career, Dr. Casper-Teague has been a passionate advocate for inclusive classrooms where all students feel supported and equipped to succeed. Building on Hill School’s strong foundation, her vision includes further enriching our academic programs, expanding our community engagement, and nurturing the strong connections that have been made among students, families, and staff.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Roxann Breyer for her 19 years of dedicated service to Hill School, including the past 9 years as Head of School. Ms. Breyer’s leadership and commitment have been instrumental in shaping the school’s success and fostering a supportive community. We wish her all the best in her well-deserved retirement.
